Industrial Complex of Petroleum, Colombian Refinery Sebastopol, RCS, is projected to be developed in a land of 680 hectares, with the assignments that are necessary, and the areas for future expansions.

The Totality of the RCS Refining Industrial Complex will be under Permanent Free Zone Declaration, with a Stability and Legal Security Contract. The project aims to meet the demand for refined products, which in the future will decrease imports and therefore improve the Colombian Trade Balance. RCS, will be part of the Projects of National Interest, PINES It will generate 3 000 new jobs between direct and indirect, at the highest peak of its execution.

With Associated Programs of Social and Environmental Development, that generate well-being in the region.

With an assured investment, by International Entities, who have believed in the Project and in Colombia.

Currently, Genezis Investment Group is holding a financial closure of the project — an investor was found and a corresponding package of documents was signed.
